How do we select real estate assets for investment and how do we drive investor value?
- We purchase assets usually at between 25% and 60% of fair market value? How? We are opportunistic. We time the market. We have connections. And we do our research.

What asset types do we prefer?
- We target aspirational and inspirational condos, homes and hotels.
- We are predisposed to the contemporary, mediterranean and tuscan mediterranean architectural styles, with a focus on ocean, resort and alpine lifestyles.
What is our overarching investment strategy?
Buy and Hold. We drive rentals during the holding period, which is expected to be 3 – 5 years. Then we sell the property if the market is ripe. In the meanwhile, our investors have the flexibility to exit any time through our Propethy (PTY) token.
How do I invest a Propethy deal?
To invest is simple. Choose any one of our stellar, vetted projects (login / registration required) , and go through the subscription process. Our easy to follow step by step sign up process leads the way.
Once you have signed up and funded your subscription (we accept USD, ETH, Paypal, Credit Card, and Wire) you will have the options to either:
(a) Non-US residents: Receive and trade Propethy (PTY) Tokens immediately; or
(b) US residents: Receive Membership Interest in the Company that owns your real estate investment (we set up a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for each real estate transaction). As long you have a Membership Interest you will enjoy Member privileges and a Preferred Return. At any time after the expiry of the SEC required seasoning period (SEC Rule 506B), you can convert some or all of that Membership Interest into Propethy (PTY) tokens (pursuant to a Notice of Conversion) . The conversion ratio is always one to one (1 : 1) regardless of what price the Token is trading at. Meaning (and for the sake of example only), if you invested $1,000 in a project, and you convert the entire $1,000 into PTY, you will receive 1,000 PTY tokens. To protect that collateralization value that underpins the PTY token we never issue more PTY tokens than the gross fair market value of the underlying properties.

Propethy Asset Management Limited (“PAML”) (Company Number CO-352131) is incorporated and registered in Cayman Islands under the Companies Law 2016. Propethy Asset Management Limited is not registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. PAML acts as sponsor to deals, and generally engages in worldwide deal sourcing, due diligence, providing seed capital, funding, structuring, equity administration, advisory, various other services and overall asset management of all portfolio properties. We create a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for each significant transaction, and investors acquire rights in those SPVs (or Investee Companies). Other activities may involve engagements with affiliates or Investee Companies Incorporated and registered in Cayman Islands under the Companies Law 2016 and other affiliated companies depending on your country of residence and other regulated and unregulated companies.
